Standard UK delivery is charged at £7.95 - orders to arrive between 3-5 working days*. We offer a £18.95 Express UK Delivery service - express orders placed before 6pm will arrive in 2 working days (note: during peak periods Express Delivery may not be available).

Northern Ireland delivery is charged at £25 per order - orders to arrive in 2-11 working days.

Delivery is fully trackable via DPD, using the tracking reference sent via email upon dispatch.

All Flower Arrangements and Hand-Tied Bunches are delivered beautifully gift-wrapped using eco-friendly packaging, and with care instructions included.

Please note that our Vase Collection is shipped separately to all Faux Flower & Greenery products and therefore may arrive at different times.

We hope you love your faux flowers as much as we do. However, should you wish to return an item, we offer a 14-day returns policy. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. This policy also applies to our Vase Collection.

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged and carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. Please retain the original packaging wherever possible. We reserve the right to make deductions from refunds where items have been damaged through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Please note: Bespoke BYOB (Build Your Own Bouquet) arrangements, as well as Everlasting Wreaths and Garlands made to your specifications, are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

To arrange a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for returning. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning your items. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any refund due will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

We take great care with all of our faux arrangements, bunches and stems, however should you notice any damages to your blooms, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that we may require you to return faulty items in order for your refund / replacement to be approved.

If an item is bought as a 'Hand-Tied Bunch', the full bunch of stems must be returned to receive a refund - partial refunds are not offered. 'Flower Arrangements' returned with an incomplete number of stems will also not be refunded.

Please note that bespoke arrangements created via our 'BYOB ~ Build Your Own Bouquet' service, as well as all Everlasting Wreaths & Garlands are non-returnable unless deemed faulty.

For partial returns, when an order is initally paid for using a combination of Gift Card and Cash, the Gift Card value is refunded as a priority over the Cash value.
